In ensuring we maintain the growth of John B Grant Real Estate, Aimee has been appointed the Office Manager. Aimee has worked both in Sales and Property Management for over 20 years so she has an excellent operational knowledge of the business and the industry. Aimee is responsible for implementing very necessary processes and procedures and essentially acting as a HR Manager for our team. She has a thorough understanding of the Industry and ensures we comply and keep abreast of the many necessary requirements and other obligations of our Industry. Real Estate is a rapidly growing and changing Industry so it is a pivotal role for our business. Aimee is confident and continually seeks to expand her knowledge of the business operations. As office manager her advice and support has allowed our team to thrive and flourish in an increasingly competitive market and our agency results are testament to this. Outside of work, Aimee enjoys spending time with her husband and two children often travelling to her weekend abode to enjoy quiet time with her family and friends.
